At the time her and Drew were having a friends with benefits relationship. Drew brings up the idea of a real relationship but she immediately turns it down.
Soon Amy (Drew's Ex) shows up on his doorstep and stays for a few weeks. Amy explains how she isn't enjoying her time at Tufts University.
Natalie becomes jealous of Amy. Soon after Amy leaves, Natalie and Drew begin a relationship.
